Product and Process Development
We can help you make your job or product a success. As you develop parts,
we will consult with you to insure that they will come out of our heat
treating shop with the hardness, dimensional stability and finish that you
expect.
Low Dewpoint, High Purity Atmospheres
If a gas can be bottled, we can run it as a heat treating atmosphere. We routinely
work with hydrogen, nitrogen, argon and ammonia but we have also run carbon monoxide
and other exotic gasses.
Prototype and Short Production Runs
Since we are a small heat treating shop with decades of experience, we are
your ideal resource when you are developing a product. You need fast turn around,
a solid understanding of metallurgy and attention to detail. Because of our
size and experience, we can work with you during every stage of the design and
production process.
Consulting with us during design can save you money on post heat treating machining and finishing. We pride ourselves on maintaining dimensional stability on heat treated parts. Since we hand load our heat treating furnaces, your expensive parts have less chance of being damaged. Finally, our cleanliness and use of high purity atmospheres insure that your parts will have minimal discoloration during heat treating.
